New construction of a 6-storey corporate office building for the STRABAG-/ZÜBLIN group at Albstadtweg in Stuttgart with a focus on sustainability. This is to be realised through the use of climate-friendly measures.¹ An energy-efficient heat pump is being installed for heating and cooling.¹

On the upper floors, the temperature control of the offices will be provided by capillary tube mats that are plastered into the ceilings separately on each axis. The capillary tube system is supplied via a system circuit that is hydraulically separate from the heating and cooling system. The meeting rooms on the ground floor are fitted with gypsum board heating/cooling ceilings.

Clina has so far supplied 3274 m² of capillary tube mats for this new building project at the ZÜBLIN campus in Stuttgart, which is scheduled to be ready for occupation in autumn 2022.
