Renovation and conversion of a listed farm from the 17th century. The farm, which had been converted several times, was converted into an energy-neutral residential house or T-farm after it was last used only as a warehouse. Great importance was attached to energy efficiency. The living areas such as living room, bedroom, dining room, entrance hall, kitchen and study were equipped with underfloor heating in a thin-layer system.
