Renovation SFH Berlin Dahlem

Renovation of a detached house in Berlin Dahlem. In this project, the ceiling, wall and floor of the living areas including bathrooms were activated as heating and cooling surfaces. The capillary tube mats were partly installed on the ceiling and in the wall in clay plaster and partly integrated in the screed in the floor.
