Schlaues Haus | Smart House Oldenburg

"Das Schlaue Haus" (The Clever House) sees itself as a scientific institution that mediates between science and the public, bringing the content of the universities to the general public and making it accessible to people from all social groups.

For energy-efficient heating and cooling, the ceiling surfaces of the information centre were equipped with OPTIPANEL from Clina. OPTIPANEL are prefabricated gypsum board panels, perforated or unperforated, with capillary tube mats already integrated. In this project, the perforated version OPTIPANEL 18 was used. In addition to pleasant room temperature control, this ceiling design also enables optimised room acoustics.
