New construction of a detached house with indoor swimming pool

In the living rooms, such as the bedroom, living room, children's room, guest room and kitchen, prefabricated gypsum board panels, OPTIPANEL 15, were installed on the ceiling. In the bathroom and toilet, dressing room, study, fitness and hobby room as well as the swimming pool, capillary tube mats were integrated into the floor, and the façade was also equipped with Clina mats. Furthermore, PVT panels with capillary tube mats were installed on the roof.  

The heating and cooling of the spacious single-family house and the swimming pool is realised via a combination of heat pump and PCM storage.
